DESIGN PROCESS
Design Brief
This is how we get to know you and your business better. The first step is for you to complete a design brief. This important document ensures we’re all on the same page and it also makes sure we ask you all the relevant questions in advance so we don’t miss any key elements your design may require.
Design Meeting
This is when we will meet with you and go over the briefing document. During this meeting we will go over the answers you have provided to make sure we have covered all the necessary information we require before we put pen to paper.
Research and Brainstorming
After we have gathered all the information we need, we will then do a brainstorming of ideas which correlate to you and your business. Rough sketches are made from these ideas and refined in a digital form until we have 3-6 concepts that we feel are suitable to present.
Design Presentation
Generally after 5-7 working days we’ll present our design to you. We’ll discuss and show you how (and why) we took your ideas and concepts and turned them into a great new design.
Changes or Amendments
If you require any changes or adjustments to the design this is your time to speak up! It’s important that any changes are made at this point of the process as it can be timely and costly to make them later.
Design Approval
Once you’re happy with the changes and amendments the design is considered complete and we’ll request your approval.
Web Development
Now we have an approved design we will begin building your web site. This can take between 10 – 20 working days depending on the complexity of the web site.
Development Approval
On completion of the web site development we will provide you with a link to your website for you to view and test. We can make any small changes if they are required within scope and once your happy we’ll request your approval to finalise.
